Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your shipment. You can also login to your store account to check your order's status at any time.
You may return new, unopened products for a full refund within 14 days of order delivery date. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
